Aim of the new enterprise was small scale chemical production of chromium acetate, cross-linker for water-based polymer systems. This product was applied by most of Russian oil companies, but provided by the only manufacturer. We started production in 2000 at leased facilities in Kazan. Within one year we began to supply the product for OJSC Tatneft, and later for other companies. Effectively arranged production allowed the company to outdistance the competition and at the same time to be profitable, all these gave opportunity for development. By dynamic development the company increased production capacity and extended list of partners.
